This book, No Mercy, was part of a much bigger release from the team over at KB World and their Everyday Heroes collection. A whole collection of authors came together and wrote stories about characters that revolved around the original location that K. Bromberg’s series starred in.

We had the opportunity to learn a lot more about Gabriel in the Interview I did with Dana (D.M.) Davis last weekend and today we get to have a one-on-one chat with the star of No Mercy him self – Gabriel Stone. So get yourself comfy and get a closer look at this sexy Alpha male!
Interview with Gabriel “No Mercy” Stone, current Wicked Tuff’s MMA Heavy Weight Champion
Readers submitted questions to D.M. Davis who passed them along to me, Gabriel. I’ve consolidated similar questions to make this process go a little quicker. I’ve got things to do you know, like train and love on my Angel.
So here we go…
Q: How’s your mom and sister? What kind of relationship do you have with your mom and sister? What do your mother and sister think of Frankie now that she’s officially yours?
A: I like that, ‘officially mine’ part. I’d rather not talk about my family, but I promised Frankie I’d answer your question honestly. Mom and Reese are good. They’re in Vegas. My Angel and I will be there soon, training for my next fight and setting up our home. We’re moving back. I want my blood to know my son or daughter.
Oh, fuck, a daughter.
*sigh, scrubs face*
God, please don’t give me a girl. I’ll kill any guy that comes in ten feet of her. I might even gouge his eyes out if he even looks at her. Seriously. Give me sons. Frankie will be an amazing mom to boys.
Shit, she’d love having a girl too. She’s afraid of that mother-daughter relationship since she never had it. Okay, God, give us a girl. For my Angel, she needs a girl to love like she never was.

Q: What was the first thing about Frankie, before you knew who she was, that drew you to her, that sparked that instantaneous connection?
A: Her wolf-grey eyes that looking into me like she could see the piece of shit I was on the inside and didn’t mind a bit. Like she saw something in me I didn’t even know existed but came alive for her. Always for her.
Q: Did having Frankie visit you before the championship fight give you that extra motivation you needed? You did an amazing job at trying to fulfill her request.
A: She was so nervous. I needed to reassure her I’d be alright. That we would be alright. Plus, I had the little proposal thing planned. But being real here, she feeds me in a way nothing else does. I waited five years to have her on my side, backing my corner. I wasn’t going to pass up an opportunity to see her before my big fight. She’s a shot of testosterone I needed running through my veins before I stepped in that ring.
Q: Why did you let it slide that Austin had been cheating on Frankie prior to him hurting her so badly?
A: I hate this fucking question. Next…
Q: What’s your favorite part of being in the MMA? Who’s your inspiration when you step in the ring and why? Any plans to defend your title soon?
A: Channeling my anger into action, using the fire in my gut to dominate in the ring is powerful, addicting. I am my inspiration. I am my competition. The goal is to be better than I was the day before, the fight before, the breath before. The ring is my bitch, my playground, my office. I’m the reigning champion. I plan to remain so until that fire dies. When it’s time, I’ll pass on the torch to the worthy competitor that’s earned the right to take it from me.
Q: What is the thing you’re most looking forward to about the future with Frankie and your little one?
A: I’m looking forward to doing the mundane, everyday things with my Angel and our child. I just want to hold her as we watch TV. I want to cook for her and our kids. I want to watch her bloom with my children in her belly, wipe her tears when she’s sad, hold her close when she needs me, and be on the receiving end of every hot, heated, angry, happy, confused, sad, aroused look, glance, and plea. I want her time, her focus, her tomorrow, her forever just as she’s mine. I want to do it all with her—for her. What am I most looking forward to? Every. Fucking. Thing.
Q: How are you enjoying fatherhood? Is it as scary as you thought it’d be?
When the baby comes are you going to be a hands-on dad changing diapers or will you leave that to Frankie? What are you most excited about in terms of becoming a dad?
A: My girl’s still pregnant, so fatherhood is still just a heady concept for me. But I’m ready. I can do anything with my Angel beside me, including changing those poopy diapers. Look, I’ve pushed intestines back inside an open belly wound. I’ve washed blood and shit out of my hair, mouth, and eyes. Changing my kid’s diaper is a blessing, not a burden. My Angel is giving me a gift I never thought I’d have or felt worthy of, but with her, I’m in—all in. Most excited about? I want to hold my Angel while she breastfeeds our kid. I can’t do it for her, but I want to experience it with her in the closest way possible.
Q: How’s your relationship with Rowdy, I mean he did propose to your girl?
Is Rowdy going to be the kid’s godfather?
A: Really? We’re going to end talking about Rowdy? That shithead almost stole my future. *deep breath, sigh* Here’s the deal. I like the guy. He’s cool, and he loves my Angel in a way I can live with. He reminds me of my failure to be the man I should have been from the beginning. But remember, my greatest competition is myself. I’m striving to be better than I was the day before. And today, I’m a better man than I was because Rowdy had the balls to do something I couldn’t, and because my girl said no to him.
She said no. She wanted me. Not him.
As for godfather, I know who it is—we know who we want to ask. But the guys think it’s a completion. They started a fight club kind of thing, best man wins… Or so they think. Hey, if they’re stupid enough to believe I’d honor the winner with the gift of being my child’s godfather, yeah, I’m not going to ruin their fun. But no. My kid’s godfather won because of who he is, not who he beat down. You want to know who? You’ll have to stay tuned to find out.
Q. If we’re asking other fighters questions, I’d like to ask Rowdy one. I’d like to know why someone who has so much money, resources and can do whatever they like wants to get into professional fighting?
A: Fuck. Whose interview is this? It’s mine. You can save your Rowdy questions for his book.
That’s it? Piece of cake. I was worried you were going to ask me some personal, sex type questions or something. But these were easy. I’m out.
