Destroyed Destiny Update
I hope your week is going well and that you’re all having a lot of wonderful reading! I know I’ve had my nose buried in books this year with all the extra time I have available to read. For anyone that has been consumed into the Mary C. Gebhard’s Crowne Point series knows that the final installment, Destroyed Destiny, has been hanging out there with no clear indication of when it was going to be released. The dates on all retailer websites kept adjusting and changing, which had a lot of us really starting to panic.
But this week boded good news. Mary returned to the social media scene and explained on her Instagram why she had disappeared and what had been going on. Destroyed Destiny is on schedule to release live on November 26th and those of us on the ARC team received our copies this week. Needless to say, all of my priorities ended up being rearranged to accommodate this. But it’s well worth it. Fans of the Crowne Point series will understand this and why it is such a big deal. This is the fourth book in the series, but the third one in the telling of Gray and Story. We’ve all been left hanging on pins and needles for their conclusion and I am relieved, stressed and all around excited to have this conclusion in my hands.
If you’re not familiar with this series, it’s basically a dark fairytale story about the richest family around and the prince of the Crowne family falling in love with a maid in the house. This is completely forbidden and has put both of their lives in serious danger. So many things have happened up to this point so I highly recommend starting at the beginning. if you’re interested in getting into this series, the entire thing is on sale leading up to the release of Destroyed Destiny.

Upcoming New Release
Today I’m finishing up reading this new release Fairytale Wrath that comes out tomorrow November 19th. This has been an interesting read so far and I’ll share my thoughts in detail tomorrow, but for now here is the synopsis.
They say all men are monsters…
Money means power and power gives your skeletons a taste for retribution
They came for me
Suffocating me, dragging me to my knees
Using my past and my future as a double weapon against me
…I’m not a monster…
Lily Carter envisioned a beautiful fairy tale
But perfect is an illusion
And so, a veil of nightmares stood between us and our happy ending
Leading the dormant beast inside my head to awaken after all
But I will protect what’s mine…

Japanese Readathon
The final update I have is that I found this amazing readathon that I’ll be participating in this weekend. It’s a small group on Instagram that does mini readathon’s and activities together all about Japanese culture. I’ve always been a big fan of learning and expanding my knowledge on world cultures and taking in as much as I can.
This weekend, we’re all picking a book or researching some part of Japanese culture and reading throughout the entire weekend. We’ll be sharing what we’re learning and itneracting across the group. If you’d be itnerested in joining us, please come and visit this page over on Instagram:
Let me know in the comments below how your week is going and what you’re reading and enjoying! Have a beautiful day!
