MY REVIEW:

A mystery that had me on the edge of my seat! First off, a huge thank you to the author for sending me an early copy that I won from one of her giveaways! I love her books a ton and I was so excited to get my own copy.

A family steeped in secrets that are deadlier than anyone even realizes. A family that is surrounded in mystery and hated by their community. Ruby thought she had escaped her mother and her mother’s scheming ways, but then her curious disappearance brings Ruby back to the town and secrets she’s been trying to hide from.

Small towns have lots of secrets and this one is no exception. Ruby is the main character, raised by a mother who was cold and unloving and used her for her sixth Sense abilities to make money off of anyone in their town willing to believe the lies. Now Ruby’s mother is assumed dead and Ruby must return to solve her past and face the town once again.

I loved the constant creepy feels of this book and how everything laid hidden until the ending pages. It was exciting, engaging and believable in a way I love my mysteries to be!
