Released February 16, 2024

Peyton Linwood

Eight years ago I left in the dead of night, and have lived my life in the shadows ever since. The Ghost Unit became my family when I was cast aside by my own. Until life brings me back to Redemption.

And Colt McMillian is waiting for me. He told me once he didn’t want me, so I left him behind. I moved on. But he’s bound to make me his now. But can I trust him with my heart this time?

Colt ‘Reaper’ McMillan

I was born into the life of chaos. Bound to my oath as protector of Redemption. Never wanting for anything more than the patch I wear. That was until she became the thing I wanted most.

Peyton Linwood was off limits and destined for better things in life. I couldn’t hold her back.

Until she returns eight years later, and I make it my mission to show her we are the end goal. I have to be careful this time, because last time I broke her trust and she ran.

Chasing Redemption is a spicy, second chance Motorcycle Club meets Security Force romance in the Bridge City Security series. This is an interconnected standalone with no cheating and a guaranteed HEA.

Interview with B. A. Chayut

Q: Let’s get started with an introduction. Can you tell me a little about how you first got into writing and what it felt like publishing your very first book?

A: I started writing in FanFiction, trying out my style and what I liked. I’ve always had stories spinning in my head, especially when I read a side character in a book I wish had their own story. I took a class during CoVid on how to write a romance that gave me resources and started putting pen to paper.

Publishing was surreal. I kept checking on Amazon to make sure it actually happened.

Q: What are some of your favorite hobbies (other than writing)?

A: Anything I can to relax. Reading romance, Dramoine fanfic, rewatching law and order SVU, and chasing my toddler around

Q: As a child, what did you want to do when you grew up?

A: President or a doctor. Clearly, I had lofty goals for myself

Q: If you could have an extra hour of free time everyday, how would you use it?

A: Definitely be reading or trying to get an extra hour of sleep.

Q:  What book (other than your own) do you recommend to everyone that they have to read?

A: Grip by Kennedy Ryan. This book broke me and put me back together again. I think about it at least once a week

Q: Can you tell me a little bit about your writing process? Note taking; favorite place to write uninterrupted; etc?

A: I’m an planner/outliner, I have to know where the story is going. I write everywhere I can. On the couch, outside, on the train but my favorite place is at the my kitchen table at night with rain playing in the background

Q: Tell us a little about what inspired your latest release.

A: I was watching Without a Trace and there was an episode where ex-cops were helping women escape bad situations. And then I watched Charlie’s Angels and everything just spiraled from there.

Q: What are some of the main tropes featured in your book, Chasing Redemption?

A: Obsessed pinning MMC, Motorcycle club, found family, suspense.

Q: What advice do you have for new writers?

A: Get the words down on paper. Carve out time for writing, whether it’s five minutes or an hour. Write the story that you can’t stop thinking about. There is so many resources out there and people willing to help. Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask questions.
