Happy Holidays from my family to yours!

For the past month, I haven’t really done as much reading as I would have liked. But it was also a very necessary break from books for me. At the end of September I walked away from my job and career of over 15 years for personal reasons. I was unemployed through the month of October and finally started a new career in November. So for the last month I’ve been adjusting to this new job and getting myself settled in a new routine. I do have to say that I love this new job and the team I work with is amazing!

This is why it was necessary for me to take some time off. But also because I was running on fumes and running out of ideas of what to share with you all other than book reviews. Since I wasn’t reading anything and I was going through such a strange time, I decided to just stay away until things sorted back out.

My reading is starting to come back and I’ve been enjoying some early copies of fascinating new releases that I can’t wait to share with you all here soon!

I’m also working on some amazing collaborations with companies you’ll be excited to hear more about! Including some delicious new coffees (which is one of my favorite things to talk about) as well as more homeschooling suggestions for materials and even other book related stuff.

PLUS my book reviews will start again after the holiday break and will include a new release romance from Julie Saman and a heartfelt emotional read from Suzanna Redfearn. Right now, my family and I are taking some much needed resting time to enjoy being together, watching Christmas movies and baking lots.

I hope you’re all staying safe and healthy. Leave me a comment below and let me know how you’re doing!
